Introduction from the Executive Director, Philip Graham
"By the very nature of its membership AURIL is an innovative organisation. We are the leading professional body for all knowledge transfer staff. There are two main aspects to our mission.
One is that we represent your views and the views of the sector as a whole to government, industry, funders and stakeholders at all levels.
The second is that we provide a forum to exchange views, problems, solutions and a continual professional development programme through which we will deliver the very best practice the sector has to offer to you the member.
We are currently looking at our delivery mechanisms and would welcome any ideas you might have.
I would urge you to contribute to the Conferences, Seminars and Mailbase - no query is ever too trivial and you can bet someone else in the Association has been struggling with the same problem!
If you feel that some current "hot" topic would warrant more comprehensive investigation we could even set up a dedicated Professional Theme Group with a short life span."
